A warm and highly professional HNW family based in Zug is seeking an exceptional full-time live-in Career Nanny to join their household on a long-term basis. The family currently has two older children, who attend nursery three days per week, and is expecting a newborn baby in June 2026.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, confident, and highly organised nanny who is accustomed to working within private households at the highest level. Position Details:
Position: Full-Time Live-In Career Nanny
Location: Zug, Switzerland
Accommodation: Private bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate entrance, and patio access
Schedule: Full flexibility required, including weekends with days off during the week
Travel: Extensive international travel required
Salary: Above-market salary package depending on experience and qualifications
Holiday Entitlement: 5 weeks paid holiday per year

Responsibilities
Providing high-level childcare for the two older children and newborn support upon arrival
Maintaining all nursery-related duties to an exceptional standard
Assisting the mother with occasional baby supervision and support
Planning engaging, educational, and developmentally appropriate activities
Managing children’s routines and wellbeing during travel
Packing and organising children’s belongings for international trips
Supervising and supporting children during flights and travel itineraries
Acting as a lead nanny while abroad alongside additional household staff and nannies
Ensuring discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
Taking initiative within the household and identifying tasks proactively
Maintaining open, direct, and professional communication with the family

Designing a balanced daily rhythm of stimulation, exploration, rest, and bonding time
Guiding motor skill development through tummy time, gentle exercises, and play
Supporting sleep training and recognising and celebrating developmental milestones
Planning and documenting daily routines, including developmental activities and relaxation time, to provide structure and continuity
Organising playdates and social interactions with other children as our baby grows
Daily walks and outdoor time
Reading, singing, and language stimulation in English and/or German

The mother is on maternity leave, and she will resume in March 2026. This will be under the home-based system where she works two days a week and Fridays.
