A New Chapter for Luna Nannies

We’re taking a little time to make something already special even better.

After many wonderful years of supporting families and nannies across Switzerland, Luna Nannies will be taking a short pause from our usual placement activities over the coming months.

But we’re not going away — quite the opposite.

Behind the scenes, we will be busy reimagining Luna Nannies: redesigning our website, improving the way families and nannies connect with us, refining our processes and building a more efficient, thoughtful and personal service for everyone who becomes part of the Luna Nannies community.

Over the years, we have learned an enormous amount from the families we have supported, the nannies we have represented and the many relationships we have helped to create. We want to take that experience and use it to shape the next generation of Luna Nannies.

Our aim is simple: less complexity, better communication, stronger matches and an even higher standard of service and support for both families and nannies.

We believe that finding the right nanny — or the right family — should never feel like simply filling a vacancy. It is about people, trust, understanding and finding a relationship that genuinely works.

That philosophy has always been at the heart of Luna Nannies, and it will be at the heart of everything we are building next.

So, for a little while, things may be quieter here while we work behind the scenes.

We are incredibly excited about what is coming, and we cannot wait to welcome you back to a refreshed, more intuitive and even more personal Luna Nannies.
